The hotel was very friendly and tolerant. Check-In was pleasant. The pool was a little disappointing. The pools had a dark appearance that may have been attributed to what the bottom was made of. Our family has stayed at this location anually sice this particular Fairfield has opened. We have NEVER been disappointed. We attend the Apple Blossom Festival every year and this past May we were pleasantly suprised to see the changes. Can't wait until next year.

Apparently management took the previous comment seriously. I found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. Room was fine - internet connectivity was good - everything was clean and tidy. My only complaint (suggestion) would be to have more than one outlet available at the desk area and the nightstand. All-in-all I would stay here again.

We simply love the Marriott Fairfield and Spring Hill hotels. However, this visit left us quite disappointed. The hotel is nice, but it is severely understaffed and poorly managed. “Quick and Easy”

Really impressed by the freshness of the hotel. Also, being so close to I-81 was a plus and close to our Cracker Barrel....yeah! Staff was kind and pleasant. It is also located across from a Costco which was fun on Saturday morning....we had a sample tasting party. Recommend it.

A great stay in a very convenient location. Room was clean and quiet and the front desk looked after our requests. Disappointed that the cookies were all gone. Easy access to/from I-81. Great value for this time of year.
