Family friendly hotel with all the necessary amenities. It was like home away from home. Good value for money with good customer services. Appropriate for business trips and leisure. Situated in an easy to find location. I would love to come back with my family and also recommend this hotel to friends and family

Old, uninspired hotel. This particular Embassy Suites hotel needs a facelift. Rooms are old and furniture has been well used. Hotel staff are tired and could use some customer service training. Room service was outstanding as was the Managers Reception. Embassy Suites would not have survived this long if this was one of their model locations.

I was only here for 1 night, but I'll be back. The rooms were nice, WiFi was free, and the evening snacks and fresh breakfast in the morning were delicious. The staff were very friendly. I slept on the fold-out couch and it was more comfortable than I expected.

Hotel in general was good. I always prefer Embassy Suites. However, the sound proofing between my room and the next was not good. I could hear conversations and snoring from the next room like they were in my suite. Hopefully this is not indicative of the whole hotel.

This was a return visit to this hotel on a weekend shopping trip to Seattle. Bed was probably the most comfortable I have ever found in a hotel. I've stayed at this hotel at least 20 times while traveling on business. On every single stay, the breakfast and accomodations have been consistently good.
