I reserved and pay for a non-smoking room, but the room assigned was for smoking and the staff say that do not have more room available,the odor was unbearable, the bathroom door was broken. The hotel location is very good, near to Bellevue downtown and easy acces to highway to Redmond and Seattle.

Dirty bathroom with hairs in the tub! Also rooms have only 1 bed, makes it hard to stay with a friend or with kids, the wifi is slow (hard to watch videos eg Netflix), staff are friendly, breakfast is very basic, room service once a week

“Worst extended stay”

I had a very bad experience during my 6 night stay at this extended stay. The room is much smaller than compared to other extended stays. The bed makes a creek sound if you move. There were police on the hotel premesis may be vacating other guests ....it's scary to be in this place.

I have never been a big fan of the Extended Stay business model. They charge you upfront and if you are dissatisfied with something, good luck getting any money back. I always stay here for 1-2 nights and have always found the room and sheets clean,bed very comfy,kitchenette items clean and great.The breakfast not so great but enough to tide you by for a few hours.All in all great value for money,good location,clean. if you are not looking for a luxury place this is a good place to stay.Highly recommended.
