Casual and comfortable. Orcas Island is a fantastic place - so quiet and peaceful. No stoplights. I stayed here alone and loved the solitude. “Homestead -- Beautiful Location; Semi-Rustic Cottage”

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Seaside cottage at the Homestead on Orcas Island. The property is a large one (2 acres?), with two cottages. My husband, toddler son and I recently stayed three nights in Blackberry cottage at The Homestead (there is another cottage called Seaside). The location, right on the water, was wonderful.
