Short drive to Southcenter Mall, otherwise in an out-of-the-way location. Clean but plain rooms. Pleasant staff, basic but functional pool and fitness facilities. Computer use available near the front desk and in-room wi-fi good. Free breakfast better than expected- waffles, eggs, sausages and cold choices. Good stay for the sub $100 category.

Its a bit out of the way, and has a large construction yard next to it, but the staff were very friendly. We had none of the problems that other reviewers had. One minus is that you cannot purchase store items, and the food stores are a distance away.

I was visiting some family thats in the area. The service was great!! I had my nieces over to use the pool and they justed loved it. The breakfast was great love the waffles!! I will be back to visit again in a few months and will defiantly be staying here.

All the employees used my name and were friendly which made my stay relaxing. This would be the perfect place to stay if it had an onsite restaurant. In reviewing hotels I discovered that numerous times this hotel had overcharged their customers. Not a good choice from the get go!!

I was concerned about this hotel when I saw all the negative reviews. I was relieved to find out personally that the room was clean, lots of TV channels, extremely helpful staff (they spent a lot of time looking up public transportation and pertinent information for me). Overall, a very pleasant experience!

Had to cancel reservations because we were not told about the pet fee. Later to find a $600 charge for a 3 night stay. I NEVER STAYED THERE!!!!! The manager is RUDE and all of the staff is uninformed.
