Very clean, nice staff upon arrival, really nice breakfast selection.
I have been staying here on my business trips for some time. I liked the refrigerator and free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the price is certainly right for this area. But a number of factors have caused me to change my loyalty.
1) The rooms are smaller than normal and have the faint smell of an industrial air freshener...

After driving 300 miles checked in at 8 o'clock. I asked for 2 rooms for 2 nights. My mistake I signed for only one night Communication problem with desk clerk/owner Asian accent. Internet is horrible. Gym is no good. Pool and hot tub closed. Just expected better.
First of all; there´s pretty much nothing in Kirkland! So if you want to see Seattle I´d rather stay in the city. Hotel was quite basic, but clean. Service was very good and friendly. Room is a bit small but ok. Bathroom floor was freezing cold! Hotel is serving basic breakfast and has a small fitness room.

The rooms are comfortable but a bit cramped for space. The desk and chair were nice to have. The breakfast was typical...

Reserved a single Queen bed room - #201, which was...

We'd booked this place because it seemed the best value for miles around. Just off the highway, and we were arriving late. We got a friendly welcome, and the room had everything you need, and it worked. OK, the carpets in the corridors looked a bit tired, but we were not paying luxury prices. Sadly there is no elevator, but...

This hotel has two thumbs up. We arrived in Kirkland late on a Saturday night. The Motel 6 across the street would not take customers without reservations and this was our 5th stop. There was one room left at a reasonable price. I was very pleased with the accommodations and wonderful hospitality of the staff, even with it being so...
