Quiet for downtown location.Room well decorated.Amenities a notch up...service very friendly and professional. This is a non nonsense business hotel...valet parking .great restaurant Trellis.. All in all very pleasant stay

Stayed at the Heathman hotel for a couple of nights. The hotel is "almost" nice. Rooms are "almost" nice. There's not really anywhere else to stay in downtown Kirkland. I will say that we had breakfast in the Trellis Restaurant in the hotel, and it was fantastic. Best brioche french toast I've had in awhile, and fluffy fresh baked croissants... More

Stayed here and went to the spa after a very difficult week and left feeling relaxed and refreshed. The spa was wonderfully relaxing and soothing. The food at trellis was perfect; fresh, healthy and great tasting. I will be back for the hot stone pedicure soon.

Always impressed with this hotel, every stay has been excellent. I keep coming back if I'm anywhere near the area...I no longer stay in downtown Seattle because of the Heathman. The Trellis and Penterra add to the total package this hotel offers.

This hotel is gorgeous. A stone's throw from Lake Washington, it is within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The room is delightfully decorated and boasts lots of amenities, the bathroom very big, everything is spotless. Our stay at the Heathan in Kirkland was perfect! The bed was incredible, the staff were always corteous and helpful and the bar/restaurant was staffed by extremely attentive waitstaff - not the kind who went to the "ignore the customer school"!
