A lovely house that is a great convenient location. Owners not too friendly.....they didn't talk to the guests at all during breakfast but were having a conversation not for the ears of guests in the kitchen!! Great for convenience though.

We stayed here for a wedding with our 5 month old. The house is incredibly charming and interesting, with an open living room full of books and games, and a ton of attention to detail to decorating each room. We had a sisters' weekend and throughly enjoyed it. Everything was well thought out. I would recommend it to anyone. The location and town of La Conner is a place I wouldn't mind living in!

My daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Katy's Inn. We only stayed one night but will definitely be back for longer in the future. Made our plans to stay at Katy's Inn the day LaConner was told they were to host the " Paddle to LaConner" Six months later our rooms were SOLD to someone from Texas who offered Katy more money! They offered NO help in finding any lodging elsewhere but only they thought it was a good business deal for them.
