As other reviewers have noted, the best attributes of this Courtyard are its breakfast buffet, its staff and its indoor pool and jacuzzi. The rooms are standard Courtyard rooms, although they do have mini refrigerators and microwaves. My room was very clean, and the wifi was adequate. When I say average, I really mean average. The Lynnwood Courtyard is a perfectly reasonable, practical choice if you need to stay in the area. Something entirely functional isn't really enjoyable, though. I would stay here again if the price is right, but wouldn't miss it otherwise. This is a great hotel with an excellent feel to it. The rooms were very nice and the beds were great. The pool and hot tub were nice and the kids enjoyed them. My husband and I travel to Lynnwood 3-5 times a year. I book online at Priceline.com so the room rate is always very good $ 45-$55 a night, we stay here every time we are in Lynnwood. Our family found the best breakfast ever served at any hotel at the Lynnwood Courtyard, From Jodi the cook to Stacy the server we would not try another restraunt for breakfast because we would not find better food or service. Jodi your the best of the best.

The staff at this hotel is just exceptional. The breakfast crew - Jodi, Stacy, and Andrew - are so kind and always ready to help. We always enjoy our stay in this hotel, mostly due to the outstanding staff.
