For what we would have paid for a regular room at other hotels in Ocean Shores, we upgraded to one of the suites, which is at the end of the hotel with an expansive view of the ocean across the dunes. Not a spectacular hotel, but nice, everything worked, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here... More

My 15 year old daughters, my elderly mother and myself stayed at Guesthouse International in Ocean Shores during a quick 2 night trip to the beach. What a nice place! My mother has physical limitations so the elevator was necessary. The room was well laid out with a nice bedroom area and a microfridge/sink/dining and hanging out space. Beds were... More

I booked based on a reasonable deal I found online for a one night stay. The place is older and looks newer than it actually is. I had to wait 15+ minutes on Saturday along with several other guests checking in for someone to come to the front desk for assistance. The front desk smelled like a litter box and... More

I was in Ocean Shores for a convention and after staying at the Comfort Inn the last time I was in town...I knew to avoid that hotel so I gave this one a try. I was wowed by the service of the hotel from the moment we checked in. I asked for a bigger room and the owner was very... More

Having stayed at the Shilo and the Grey Gull before, I think other reviewers are a bit over complimentary of the GuestHouse. It was pretty nice, but not outstanding. The rooms are fairly large with a small fridge and microwave. The bed was comfortable. But the rooms seem to have thin walls as we could hear a TV on next... More

I'm sitting in my room, writing this so I don't forget tomorrow. This hotel was a pleasant surprise. I don't think it's been owned by the current franchisees for more than a couple of years as our car's GPS didn't have it listed but maybe that's why the price is great, it's clean, very spacious, well maintained with very friendly... We tried Guesthouse hotels and the price was great, the room was roomy and clean. . The beds are a bit firm but then we rarely find a hotel bed that isn't.The breakfast was good, they had scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, gravy, cereals, waffles and different types of breads We will definately stay again especially when we have our granddaughter, as she would enjoy the... Visitors should understand that "oceanfront" in Ocean Shores will get you maybe 1/4 miles from the beach. There is a wide zone of natural dunes and vegetation between all the hotels and the beach. The rooms in this hotel are angled to have a lovely view of those dunes and the ocean, but it is quite some distance away. Our... More

Very reasonable prices for a very comfortable and clean motel. Many rooms with ocean view. Pet friendly. Great complementary hot breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits & gravy, fresh waffles, assorted breads and pastries, juices, coffee etc. Only two mild complaints: no fresh brewed decaf (only single cup brew like you get in your room...not very good) and the... Clean room. Comfortable bed. Full hot breakfast (eggs, sausage, bacon, toast, biscuits, bagels, waffles). Refrig and microwave in the room. Couldn't ask for more! Was in town by myself for work. The front desk manager was more than accommodating. I had a little extra time in the morning and even though check-in wasn't until 4 pm (I was there at... More
