We booked a non-smoking double room for 1 night. When we arrived we had been given a smoking room. The only redeeming quality is that we were quoted the wrong (lower) price over the phone and when we showed up, the manager approved it. Otherwise, the place was abysmal.

I stayed here last week for one night. I checked-in late (11:30pm) and was cheerfully helped by the front desk agent. The room was big, clean and quiet and the bed comfortable.
