First off, the exterior of the hotel had dirty foam block (I mean BIG foam blocks), trash cans, lumber, wheel barrows and old mattresses outside by what I guessed to be the hot tub area and part of the parking lot. Okay, hum? Sign on the door stating pool and hot tub not working. The photo of the lobby on... More

This hotel looks nicer on the outside than on the inside, the rooms are clean and very spacious but a little old, during our stay the pool and spa was closed cause of maintenance. They offer a free breakfast which had a variety of choices and was also okay. For a one night stay I would recommend this

We stayed at the Omak Inn for one night. We got a discounted rate of 69.00 a night as they were renovating the pool and spa. That was fine for us as we were just there to sleep. First off the desk clerk (Krista, Kristine??) was friendly, courteous and very professional. The room was spotless, large and a pleasant surprise.... More

This is the 2nd time I stayed at the Omak Inn. I found the motel rooms were large, clean and had everything we needed at hand. I really don't understand the bad reviews here. I stayed at some so called 5 star hotels that were dirty, smelled bad and the staff was stuck up. Not here. I'll be back.

We only stayed 1 night at the Omak inn, thankfully! The room was clean but smelled a little of the cleaning chemicals when we arrived. I would say that everything was just ok and the complimentary breakfast was good. The pepper tree next door is much nicer but thirty bucks more a night. Both my husband and I were stuffed... More

This place so bad. Where do I even start? First, it smells like smoke. My 7 year old suggested it might be a forest fire, but unfortunately, no, it's a cigarette fire. Ugh. Second, the rooms are nasty, nasty, nasty. I'm talking old fleabag hotel rooms nasty. On the plus side, I haven't found any bedbugs. Third, the furniture and... More

#1 We are a nonsmoking Motel with a Strict policy on smoking. We have parking close to Highway but only 2 rooms remotely near that parking. We have 66 rooms, and will accomodate you as best of our ability depending on availability. The sofa bed was replaced. Our pool/hot tub fitness center is being remodeled for upgrades, and will be... Approach to this hotel is somewhat convoluted, per our GPS system . . . and the hotel is plunked in the middle of nowhere (along with other hotels). Professionalism in the front desk staff was lacking as there was no one there upon our arrival (in the early evening). A few minutes later, the staff person comes in the front... More

We were impressed at first by the lobby and the decor for Halloween. The room was not bad, but mold on the shower curtain and on top of the shower incloser was horrid. The breakfast was a joke, frozen waffles wrapped in sarah wrap, get your own yogurt, butter, and sarah wrapped hard boiled eggs out of a bar fridge,... More

While we were sightseeing in WA state, we found we needed to stay in the vicinity of Omak, which we'd never heard of. We went to the Omak Inn and were surprised to find a very nice hotel. The lobby was small but clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was fine, tho' it was on... More
