Stayed here last year. Happy to be back. When you just need a clean, quiet place to overnight. Fridge, micro, coffee maker, A/C, free wi-fi......Can't beat it for the money. Close to town and shopping center. If you are expecting the Hilton, it ain't. Hey, this is Omak for goodness sakes. Be happy.

Filthy room. Only available motel / hotel in Omak or we would have not stayed here. Went to front desk for some kind of "cleaning" product and was given a bottle of Windex. The face cloth we used to clean the telephone, desk and the inside of the front door was black.

Motel Nicholas is a budget motel and it does that very well. It has free wireless. The rooms were clean but dated. Not big on the amenities, but I wasn't expecting that for the price. The air conditioner was on the loud side, but it certainly worked well and I was happy for that. I would stay here again.

There are very few of these small "motor hotels" left, and they are by far the best lodging deals to be had. So what if you don't have a four-star restaurant or a casino attached to the hotel?
