“Not Pet Friendly”

Booked our stay in advance with notification that we were bringing our dog. When we arrived they booked us on the 2nd floor - not pet friendly! This HIE is an older hotel but well maintained. I only mention this because if you have become accustomed to the newer HIE this hotel may disappoint. By far, this was our favorite stay in a Holiday Inn Express. The young staff is extremely helpful and courteous. Our requests were immediately fulfilled. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. “As good as expected”

Our recent stay was great. The room was large and clean. It is very close the the University and the downtown area which makes it convenient. The is an indoor pool and spa and an excercise room. The free breakfast was above average. This is a great place to stay in Pullman.
