The staff was very friendly, the king sized bed was extremely comfortable and the attached restaurant was convenient....was there just passing through but good place for that - great walk along the river, adjacent to the hotel.

We needed a place not too many hours away for just one night. Looking at the Shilo Inn in Richland WA online and it looked like a good place. Once we got there and found it to be a very dated hotel in need of improvements.
