i like how nice the staff is. the rooms where clean. i have a GREAT stay. i will stay there a gin.

We stay here with our dogs whenever we come through Spokane. They are friendly, the rooms are clean and their rates are reasonable. It hasn't been updated and is a little funky but we appreciate the personality. They do have new bamboo flooring in the lobby.

What a mistake. When I booked the room it was a Best Western, when I arrived it was a Howard Johnson. Bugs eveywhere in the room- after speaking with the staff- no one cared. Rooms are all pet rooms- Dog hair everywhere- Rooms are dingy, dark, outdated, unclean, and the air conditioner was so loud, you can't sleep.
