My husband and I went on a Groupon. Everything was right out of a package. It wasn't clean, either. The view is AWESOME but that doesn't make up for the fact that the food is mediocre and over priced. The wait staff is sweet. I hate to give hard working people a bad review but this place should be avoided.

I have stayed here before and the new owner is really making alot of improvements. I really enjoyed the dining area with the filtered view of the city. My room was great and had all the ammenities I expected. The staff is very friendly. I will definitely stay here again!

Got there and room wasn't ready. We arrived at 5pm! Arrived at the room around 12:30am and no towels, no hot water, no soap, shampoo, etc. Went to front counter for a new ice bucket and the counter person gave me one with bite marks on it as if it was used for a dog bowl! Ughh!

We stayed one night on our way to Seattle. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Our room was clean and meal at the restaurant was delicious and included a spectacular view of the mountains.
