Average hotel, clean, friendly staff. Poor breakfast, not much selection. Building feels old, shag carpet in suite, dated wallpaper. Small work out room. Paid group rate of 120 for standard room, felt more like an $80 room/hotel. On a positive note they had Coffee Mate flavored creamer in the lobby...but the coffee pot was empty.

We were visiting friends and family not knowing what we would find but were very pleased with the Oakwood Q I. The pool and hot tub are available 24 hrs a day and the breakfast was outstanding. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will go back next time in Spokane.

We stay here every time we come to Spokane to visit our kids and grandkids. We are always treated wonderfully. The rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast is terrific. And our grandkids love to visit us and swim on the pool. We will be back often.
