Got a great room overlooking the river. Shuttle shuttle service was wonderful, picked me up at the airport and took me to the mall -AWESOME! The steak restaurant was a little pricey but well worth it!

I have stayed here many times for Sweet Adelines conventions. It has much to offer including good restaurants and good cookies. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only bad thing is three small elevators. I will be there again for the 61st National Square Dance Convention in June.

The place is clean. Staff is friendly and the hotel is in a great location. Still has popcorn ceilings in the rooms and the elevators are slow. It is next door to Shenanigan which has a great happy hour.

Cleanliness is the first thing I notice in a hotel stay. The room smelled fresh and clean, and everything appeared to be spotless. The beds were comfortable, the AC quiet and the temperature of the room very comfortable. This hotel is nice, right on the banks of the Spokane River, and centrally located. They have excellent amenities...Crabtree & Evelyn if I remember correctly. And of course the cookie at checkin...you can't beat it!

Overall, the hotel was OK. Location was great... Close to downtown and the river walks. Breakfast was pretty good and had a variety of healthy choices. However the rooms were not very enjoyable. The beds are not queens, they are doubles. This wouldn't be a problem if you are sleeping alone - however, with two people it was quite uncomfortable.... More

We have stayed at this hotel for the past 3 years with our daughter's volleyball team. The hotel lobby is fairly nice. Shutter's cafe serves a decent breakfast buffet.The rooms are beginning to show their age but still nice, clean & comfortable beds.

I have to give five stars for the wonderful stay during a recent volleyball tournament. The hotel worked with our team to give our players and parents a reasonably priced comfortable hotel rooms.
