This is a culdesac of small fourplexes in a lower middle class residential neighborhood. As a woman alone, I felt perfectly safe walking the two blocks to the main road (where there was an Albertsons and drug store) in the daytime. I don't think I would walk around alone at night. We stayed here for 5 nights and loved it. The place was well located in a quiet area close to the Tacoma Dome and easy access to the interstate. The suite was equipped with all the amenities that one could need. I would stay here again if I am ever in the Tacoma area again.

if you like mice running around your room .......this is the place for you! i changed rooms and then got more mice and ants too! the room was not cleaned very well..........trash behind the tv, under the couch and urine in the toilet.

We reserved 3 months ahead for a holiday weekend, but on arrival found a sign "closed for the weekend". The phone number posted went to a voicemail box and we never heard back from them. We were forced to find another hotel on a holiday weekend! The neighborhood around this place was run down too.
