When I booked the place I was attracted to the price and reputation of the establishment. Sadly I didn't read the reviews until after I arrived. The place is, as one reviewer put it, a nosedive to bankruptcy. Clearly they are in financial dire straits as the upkeep has slipped. Too bad as the location is great.

Last year we ate dinner here and it was quite good and we enjoyed sitting on the patio overlooking the town. However, this year we were very disappointed with the Mexican entree that we ordered and in fact couldn't eat it. The personnel were very kind in our criticism and apologized.

I recently stayed at the duck brand hotel with my girlfriend because it was the only place with vacancy on our trip through to the river. I was foolish I admit it and got taken for it.
