Where do I begin.... Dirty carpet, filty bathroom, broken television, no phone or alarm clock, yada yada yada.... Run, don't walk, away from this property, which I understand is going to be torn down within a year or so to make room for a new property. The sooner the better.... Please, for the love of God, stay someplace else !!
