front desk staff needs more training, housekeeper (Melissa, I believe) provides amazing service (with a smile), the rooms are incredibly expensive, the owner is a little on the rude side, the pool and hot tub are big and clean...great after a long day of being outside. restaurant staff also needs more training, the bartenders were rude and obviously overworked.

We were here for one night when visiting camp. The room was clean and nice and had a nice view of the water. The bed was a bit soft. Overall, it was a perfectly nice place and I would stay here again.

Just returned, we liked this place and recommend, new owners very nice folks, great bar at night or to watch a game, right on water, I hooked a 36" musky from the pier, it got off but you're in great fish water here...we'll return next time.

First class accommodations, huge boating community, nice people, good places to eat. I had never been to Northern Wisconsin but now understand what all the fuss was about. WE EVEN SAW SOME BALD EAGLES! Take a cruise on the pirate ship and get a great on the water experience. Can't wait to go back for snow mobile season.
