5 star hotels can learn from Nedra. Delightfully decorated,clean and well maintained. Delightful stay even with the rain. Quiet, centrally located in Fish Creek, great area for friend to meet and talk. We sleep like logs. Short and simple you can find a more expensive place, but you will not find a better place. We visited Door County for several days. Main Street Motel was like going back in time. The owner answers the phone and reserves a room. No phone tree, no computers! We stayed in the "Teddy Bear Room" which was clean and comfortable. The hotel is adjacent to Pelletier's Restaurant (recomended) and within walking distance to everything in Fish Creek.

I've stayed here the last two summers and plan to return next summer. Your contact on the phone and at the desk is an owner and it is clear from the way she treats you that she has a vested interest in making your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We stayed at this lovely hotel during late October. Our mid-week stay allowed us to have a slightly early check in which was very convenient. We always stay here and love it. Nedra does a great job of upkeep and it's great to be able to walk to breakfast and shopping!! The rooms are nice and the beds comfortable. There is a mini fridge as well. This room always suits our needs and the value is fair. Our favorite place in DC to stay!!!

We were welcomed very warmly. Our bedroom (N°21) was spacious, very clean and tastefully decorated. All the windows had mosquito nets. There was a big fan on the ceiling and air conditioning.
