We booked three rooms on the 9th floor - must be where the improvements ceased . Worst rooms ever - no drapes, no decorating, crummy icky bathrooms, noisy neighbors...would not recommend unless you are blind, deaf or desperate..lobby is nice, neighborhood too - but this hotel is booking rooms that need an abundance of renovation....

Location of the hotel was great. The old lobby was very beautiful, showing it's grand art deco past. while the rooms are not top notch, they get the job done, if a good night sleep is a priority. We have stayed there for the last 3 years. We play at Shank Hall then move to your lobby for after show show. The staff is great, the rooms are clean it is just a great place to stay. We will be back next year hope that you can join us......... THANKS

My wife and i stayed here for a wedding. We had a similar experience to many of the other reviewers here. Things were clean and the service staff was nice, but the hotel is really in need of some attention. Im all for historic preservation, but theres a difference between that and indifference to issues.
