We were in town for just a weekend getaway and were pleased with the hotel and its ammenities. However, the parking garage next to the hotel is NOT CHEAP and it is misleading as we were under the impression it was the Hyatt's garage. It's not the hotel's garage, they have a contract with the company and charge $20 per... More

I don't usually stay at Hyatt hotels so I am not sure if this hotel is on par with other Hyatt's but this is a very average hote. The rooms are average, the workout room is average, and lobby is average. This is a tower hotel that has all the rooms facing inward into a cylinder-like spire and you see... More

Yearly my husband and I stay at this hotel to enjoy the Riverwalk, check out a new restaurant or visit an old favorite which we did this past weekend. Having stayed there thru several renovations the last 25 years the last one very nice but this past year has been hard on the rooms. The bathroom seemed so cramped, toilet... More

Checked in three days ago. Only two good things about this hotel were Anna at front desk and work out room. Anna was very friendly. Room was on 15th floor. I could hear noises down in the lobby until late at night. Tv stations stunk. Tv in room had lines going through picture and impossible to watch only channel that... More

Nice hotel in a great location for business. Asked for a nice view and they've put me on the 16th floor with a nice view of the downtown. Beautiful spring night. the staff, from the bellman to receptionist were classically nice and friendly midwesterners. nice toiletries and a good number of bath towels. always a good sign. nice room, not... Pros: Near most major entertainment venues, good nearby restaurants (walkable), recently updated rooms Cons: Charge for internet ($10/day), No Pool I have visited at the Hyatt Regency Milwaukee twice in the past four months. First, I attended a wonderful wedding at the Hyatt in January 2012. The ballroom was a typical hotel ballroom, nice but not special. The food served... More

The conference rate is very good so this is a good place to book your association's conference. The room with the king bed was extremely comfortable--large... with a beautiful view of the city. The bathroom was a bit small and cramped compared to the other Hyatts I've stayed at, but the rest of the room made up for it. The... More

We live in Madison and although I often find myself in Milwaukee for work, we will occasionally head to Chicago or Milwaukee for a weekend city experience. I had a very different experience from the other reviewers. The staff were very nice and attentive--the housekeeping staff, front desk staff and valet. The room and hotel were really clean. We were... More

We spent 4 nights in Milwaukee for a conference and the Hyatt a beautiful hotel. Based on reviews I read prior to our trip, on arrival I requested a room on upper floors with a city view. The clerk was very accommodating and we were given a 15th floor room (#1515) with a fantastic view of not only downtown but... More

It was appalling to see how rude the management wad to paying customers! If you have a complaint and you go to management you would think it would get resolved instead it was just the opposite! He would rather lose customers going to a different hotel. Crazy and terrible customer service!
