Overall terrible experience. Customer service was friendly however the rooms were disgusting to say the least. I did not feel comfortable and relaxed because of how gross it was. Hair was on the pillow, the rooms smelled of cigarette smoke, and terribly outdated. I had such a high opinion of Ramada hotels before my stay here.

While the location of the Ramada was agreeable to the events we had planned, its clientele left a lot to be desired. This location seems to be a haven for under-age customers. I recently stayed 2 nights at the Ramada Milwaukee hotel/center, I was very impressed with the location and how close it was to a Mall ,places to eat and the overall feel of the downtown area. We had no problems with the staff they were very nice and I will stay there again because it was quiet.

stayed a Saturday night. got checked in early, no problem.. rooms are older, but beds very comfortable.. best thing is the free parking and good location for walking downtown... a little noisy during the night.. but overall good for the price. Ate breakfast on Sunday and was very good.. will come back
