This hotel was average for Hampton Inn & Suites. Hotel staff were very helpful with directions, etc. pros: Hotel staff, price, location in Milwaukee cons: Website directions to hotel were bad, $12 for parking (per night)

This was a great trip. Found all the staff very helpful and understanding to our needs as a family. From the adequate family room and facilities to the helpful front desk staff and breakfast staff. Would recommend this hotel for other families.

Front desk and morning food and beverge staff and engineer i think was in the lobby in the am were all extremely nice. Breakfast was great!

I stayed at this hotel for a convention at the Frontier Airline Center. It is in a great location within walking distance of many pubs and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and breakfast offered a decent selection. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for 1 night in April while visiting friends. It was the quickest check-in I had ever experienced! When we made the reservations online, we could only get 2 queens so I'm not sure if the kings were sold out for that day or they only had them for handicap accessible. Small but quaint room. I would strongly recommend the Hampton Inn in downtown Milwaukee for anyone wanting to stay downtown. Clean, convenient, friendly staff, quiet, and comfortable all describe this hotel. The rooms are a bit small but nothing different than other downtown hotels I've stayed at.
