My husband and I loved our stay at this Hilton. It has a magnificent lobby. The building is older, but the layout and decor are spectacular. I was very impressed. The room we got was very spacious. It didn't have a great view, but to us that didn't matter. We were looking for a upscale experience and we got it.... More

We stayed here with friends for a couple of days. The lobby is truly impressive with 3 huge chandeliers and a lovely marble floor, wood, and ornate trims. We had a corner room which was very large with lovely views of downtown Milwaukee from all 3 windows. The beds were very comfortable and the linens of high quality and quite... More

Booked a room through Priceline for $49. A nice older hotel in the city center that has been completely refurbished. My room was modern and I had no complaints other than it took me 10 minutes to find the hair dryer. Instead of putting it in a bag and hanging off the rear of the bathroom door (or in a... More

It was OK - and just that. Rooms are VERY old and narrow/small. Bathroom door doesn't open all the way becasue of a bad design, bumps into shower. No complaints about cleanliness or location. We got it cheap and it was what it was. I will say this - you will pay for EVERYTHING. Don't advertise a water park if... More

I love old hotels that maintain their charm and that feel of permanence and history. This Hilton exudes that old world feel. The rooms were fairly well maintained but TINY! Very European. I was disappointed that my HHonors status made no difference in room assignment or amenities (I was there with a group) even though I had called ahead and... More

We stayed at the Mileaukee Hilton this spring with our three kids. Everytime I called the front desk before our arrival, they were pleasant and accommodating. Check in was quick and the rooms were very nice. Good quality food at the restaurants. We spend some time at the water park and our kids loved it - both our six year... More

Had a great night's sleep! The room was big - I like drinking out of real glasses instead of the plastic ones in the wrappers! I enjoyed the Old World ambiance as well.

I love this vintage grand hotel compared with the free breakfast $10 parking Doubletree option across the street. But..... I had a few issues. Parking $24 a night. Internet NOT FREE. The area outside my room seemed to be the 24 / 7 staging area for dirty laundry , dirty dishes and the litter on carpet in hall stayed the... More
