We were really surprised that the pool was open 24 hours. It was nice to relax in the hot tub after a long ride, and the kids enjoyed the pool. Adjoining rooms were also convenient, so was the grocery store across the street. Very nice rooms, and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Great value for the price we paid. The room had two New Queen size beds. Usually most hotels offer Double beds. Room had good working space with flat screen TV and microwave and fridge. Pool was nice. In the morning they offered nice breakfast.

Nice & clean King room with 24 hour pool and hot tub. Nice breakfast in the morning. Staff was friendly and helpful. Over all great stay.

Please be aware if you stay at this hotel, I have had 3 rooms that have been infested with bed bugs. If not for the bed bugs, this would be a good value hotel.

This hotel needs renovating in the worst way. Continental breakfast area cabinets are all chipped and worn. Rooms need new mattresses - they sink in the middle. Traffic noise was awful from the interstate right behind hotel. Truck traffic actually vibrated the beds. Help could be friendlier too. LaCrosse and Onalaska is a great area to visit with the fall... The rooms are fine but the continental breakfast is subpar. The food was lukewarm and there was little selection of food. We were told yogurt was only available on weekdays. The staff seemed unwilling to replenish the food also. I would choose a different hotel next time.
