I had a reservation and arrived dog tired at 8:00 pm. The lone employee had a toilet to plunge, a sink leak to look at, and several confused customers to deal with. I got my card key, and opened the door to a completely trashed. I returned to the office and got back in line behind the crowd of confused... More

Honestly--where to start! The woman at the front desk was clearly in a job she was not suited to perform. The mattress was the worst I've ever slept on--thin, hard, and you could feel the springs. Plus it slanted towards the middle so you always felt you were going to slide off the bed. I finally went and slept on... More

We stayed here with our Boy Scout troop - a group of 22 adults and boys. The staff was less than friendly and seemed annoyed that we were there. The rooms are older, the beds are lumpy and the entire hotel still smells of smoke even though the upper floors are now none smoking. Breakfast was cereal and donuts. If... More
