This hotel is just a couple of miles off the freeway. It was clean, roomy, in good condition, and very reasonable. Owner and staff are very friendly. I stayed one night this week and found the hotel to be clean and hospitable. The reviews that I read were right on. The greeting was warm and friendly and the stay was very nice. When I visit Rice Lake in the future I will return.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years. It is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at. Friendly staff, very good continental breakfast, nice pool and hot tub. This is a gem for Best Western.

I recently work in a hospital in Rice Lake and stayed every weekend for 13 weeks. The staff is professional, rooms clean and after 13 weeks it was my home away from home. There's a dog park behind the hotel and they know I love dogs so my room always had a great view of puppy power.

Very clean and well maintained. Outstanding customer service and the cocktail lounge and complimentary breakfast were excellent.
