This was a quick overnight stop on our long trip back home. We had two dogs with us. Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean and fresh. A good place to stop. The location was very convenient and there was a MacDonalds right there on our way on the road.

Best place to stay in Rawlins, Wyoming. Staff is friendly and easy to work with. Could use one staff member in the later evening. The pool was great and hot well maintained. Breakfast could have been better. I do not like reheated omelletes

lost reservation, no breakfast, help didn't show up, desk clerk scrambled to get it done but didn't know help a no show until told by visitors, reservation lost by desk help when date changed and was told that reservation no. did not change. facilities fine, need better mtgmnt.

This Hotel is outstanding. Great location close to restaurants, shopping and a very nice hotel over all. The service at the front desk was prepared and only took a few minutes to check in. Asked for a ground floor room and they were very pleasant and were able to locate us near an exit and a great room.

This hotel is a good example of Hampton hospitality. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. I found anything I needed was taken care of. The only improvement I noted would be faster internet service in the rooms, just a bit slow at times.
