For a place to sleep you can not argue with the price - $49.99 + Tax. It does need repairs. Bathrooms need repair. Front door molding on bottom was gone left about an inch gap. These are not hard items to repair... Just need some one to take the time to put a little work in on the place Need...

Great value. We were just needing a place to sleep, clean and comfortable room, wifi worked flawlessly and fast, man in the office who took our reservation gave useful area information.

We love the friendliness and helpfulness of the owners of the El Rancho. They have made out last three stays very wonderful and memorable. We plan to stay there every year that we have a meeting in Thermoplpolis.
