I have only wonderful things to say about the Prince Kuhio. We stayed in a Studio, Unit 335, we used poipuconnection.com to book our stay. They were extremely helpful before our stay, and we were so happy upon arrival. The location was absolutely perfect. Plenty of nearby shops and restaurants nearby, with a gorgeous view from our lanai of both... More

My wife, daughter and I had the most wonderful experience during our recent stay in May at the Prince Kuhio condominiums. We rented unit PK212 from Deb the condo owner and you can find all about the rental at: http://www.prince-kuhio.com/site/212.html The experience of working with the owner was fantastic at every level: clarity of the information communicated, accuracy of the... My husband and I stayed at Prince Kuhio #336. The grounds are very kept up with for being such an old condo. We were very pleased. We paid $90 for a studio. 336 was updated very clean and had everything we needed.Great value! We here just across the street from good snorkling and saw a lot of sea turtles in... More

My husband and I have been visiting Kauai for several years running and every time we visit the island we stay in #334 at Prince Kuhio. This unit is near the end of the building on the top floor (yes, there are some stairs but it's exercise!) and faces the pool. It's usually pretty quiet and there's always a lovely... More

The PK Condos are privately owned - you deal directly with the owner - check in is "self serve" as there is no staff on site. An old hotel morphed into condos... Lauded as "quiet" - not if your condo faces the Prince Kuhio Park where roosters commence shrieking at 0400 and really kick it up a notch at 0500...again... More

Over the years we have stayed at many Prince Kuhio condos. Some were little studios, some were one bedrooms. Some of the units that come to mind, 237, 215, 112, 318, 319 and a few others. As far as if someone would like this condo complex depends on their expectations. In general it is a very good value and the location... More

Staying at the Prince Kuhio is like staying with your grandparents ~ you feel right at home and welcomed. Its comfortable and quiet; all is well taken care of and clean, if a bit dated and worn. The 2 coves across the street -- one with a narrow band of sand -- offer some of the better snorkeling on the... More

I can't say enough about this perfect 1BR condo. The space is divided up well allowing for 3 areas (kitchen, bedroom, living room off lanai) which gives some character to the space. The pictures on VRBO say it all. Well stocked kitchen with anything you would need. Comfy bed was great. The location is super with regard to Poipu beach.(My... More

We stayed a week in this unit down in Poipu before heading to Princeville. The location and condition of this unit was second to none! The building itself maybe older but you can tell they have really maintained it well. Our unit, 317, had everything we needed and was well stocked. You can tell the owners take pride in their...
