We just spent a week at Pali Ke Jua 225 and it was a wonderful experience. The condo was clean, well stocked with everything you would need, including washer/dryer, full kitchen, all appliances, wifi, 2 flat screen TVS, a small book library, a collection of Hawaiian music CDs, boogie board and beach chairs. The view was phenomenal and the breezes... More

In April we stayed in Pali Ke Kua #222 and was very disappointed when we walked into this condo. I normally do not write reviews but I felt compelled to after our experience here. I did a lot of research on different sites and the pictures of this rental looked very nice but apparently these are old photos. First off... More

Haven't stayed at the north side of Kauai. Chose to stay this side from 4/10 thru 4/16/2013. Fantastic choice! This particular #242 condo was very clean, lots of beach towels, spacious 2- bedrooms, queen-sized beds, living room couches convert into beds, Wi-fi internet , TV connections, wide & clean pebbled-floor bathrooms. Kitchen was beautiful with marbled floors, very clean kitchen... More

I have to write a review on our condo as I only feel that it is fair for me todo so to the owners...we were really unsure where to stay in Princeville and were debating between Sealodge, Pu'u Poa and Pali Ke Kua. In the end we opted for the later. Having studied many rooms on site we opted for... More

We booked #234 despite the fact that I couldn't find a single review online. It doesn't have the best view (i.e. cannot see the "Point" right from the unit) in Pali Ke Kua. But the views are still breathe-taking. The kitchen was large and well equipped. The TV in the living room could be bigger and the cable selection was... More

We chose Pali Ke Kua #214 because of the beautiful location right on the edge of the ocean and the unit had spectacular views. The rental agency was really organized and our paperwork and keys were waiting for us at at Avis car rental. The directions to the property were very detailed, and it was easy to find. All our... We stayed in unit 118 which is at the very end of a row. The view was amazing. About twenty feet of grass in front of us, then a cliff and all ocean from then on. Absolutely wonderful view. The unit itself was very well maintained. The carpet was very nice, the kitchen appliances were all stainless steel, countertops were... More

This unit has it all. Great views(sunset every night), clean, comfortable, updated and very nice grounds. Walk to just about everything, grocery store, restaurants, your own private beach and pool. Couldn't ask for much more. Kauai Vacation Rentals was great to work with, and the owner was more then helpful too. We have stayed at the Pali Ke Kua complex... More

This is a great property; the grounds are perfectly landscaped and clean. We enjoyed the pool area and spa (hot tub), it was clean and never busy, some complained about the pool temperature but I thought it was perfect on a hot day. This property is conveniently located in Princeville, with a car you are under 10 minutes to beaches,... More

.. Not many places in Princeville have this great a view at a reasonable price.. We really enjoyed our stay here in building 3, Unit 214. The view was outstanding and made our holiday! We looked forward to having a nice glass of wine on the lanai and watching the beautiful sunsets every day.. The unit was clean and comfortable... More
