As you drive down Kokomo Rd, you will be surrounded by tall bamboo plants, coconut trees and other tropical plants. We stayed in the Bamboo cottage in April. It has lots of windows and is very comfortable. The breakfast is as described on the web site--a sweet baked bread, such as apple or banana, yogurt, a bagel or English muffin.... More

We were looking forward to our stay here after reading the reviews and looking st the b&b's website. Unfortunately this turned out to be the poorest place we stayed in during our stay on the Hawaiian islands. On arrival we went to the main house and met Benni, our room wasn't ready so we asked for advise of what to... More

I'm very sorry that your stay was disappointing, but I really appreciate you bringing the problems to our attention. We have made several changes to address your concerns. We have a new cleaning staff and the dust you discussed has been taken care of. We also have replaced the bed in the Bamboo Suite with a new custom made bed... More

My wife have stayed in the Meadow cottage with our 18 months old son for about 10 days. We were really happy with our choice - the cottage is located conveniently - we could access beaches on the North- as well as South-shore easily and we really enjoyed the ability to use the well suited kitchen and BBQ. I highly... More

Although we arrived late in the evening after a short drive from the airport we were warmly greeted. The house is just as lovely as on the website and spotless; the gardens exquisite, the bed comfortable. Waking to the birdsong on a fresh morning was a magical experience. Like Camelot, I understand it only rains after sundown. We enjoyed our... More

I stumbled upon the Haiku Cannery Inn while searching for a place to stay in Maui for my husbands R & R after deployment. We could not be happier that we did. Benni greeted us upon our afternoon arrival to show us around our Bamboo Suite. The Suite was very clean and well appointed. We left the windows open our... More

This was our second visit to the historic Haiku Cannery Inn B&B. This is a convenient location for many adventures: head off to Hana, drive up the mountain to the Haleakala National Park, visit nearby Makawao, take a picnic excursion to the Tedeschi Winery, make the short drive into Paia town, and more. The Inn offers a range of accommodation... More

Benni offered a warm, welcoming greeting on arrival. The inn is in a lush tropical, peaceful location. The common areas are spacious, clean and comfortable. We made good use of the pantry area with morning coffee, tea, scones, banana bread and delicious papaya, strawberries and pineapple. We enjoyed breakfast on the porch even while it rained as it left stunning... More

The Inn is located in a quiet site tucked off of the Kokomo Road near Haiku. Couldn't be a better location for both quiet evenings "at home", and visits to up island Maui. We stayed in the spacious sunrise room in the main house and it certainly met all our needs. The guest's pantry is a welcome innovation and allowed... More

We truly enjoyed this lovely cottage...don't let the fact that. It is tucked away off the road deter you....it is very close to restaurants and highway for sightseeing. We woke up to the sounds of bieds chirping most mornings.

As a family that lives on a quiet, secluded property this could not have been better. We rented Meadow Cottage for a week and in hindsight should have stayed for our full 2 weeks rather than moving to 'condolerium'. We all loved the lush environment, the natural intect control and fruit and coconuts. The location is ideal for accessing all... More
