The Travaasa Hana failed to clean our shower. They did not restock the complimentary beverages as promised until we asked. Did not restock the coffee and cream until we asked. Stayed overnight in a sea ranch cottage overlooking the coast. The place has an air of serenity about it and great views of the coastline. Restaurant was very good as was the Spa treatment, expensive as all resorts are..... Went for a early morning guided walk along the coast then breakfast on the balcony, fantastic.
