We've stayed in various units in 4 separate stays at the Hale Kamaole. Some units are definitely nicer than others. This one was great. It was clean and well supplied. The complex meets our needs well and we like the location for its access the the beach, walks to Wailia. We never use the pool, so can't comment on it.

We booked this property last minute and were pleasantly suprised! The property is in a great location with a decent beach right across the street. Walking distance to several restaurants. Room was not cleaned. shag carpet outdoor furniture kept on carpet. Needs renovating. Beware of which unit you get. two other families booked there out of 3 rooms only one was what I would expect for a 3 star condo. could not even stay one night there as it was disgusting.

First off this is a great facility. Our condo was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect to shops and the beach. Sandy and her team were very helpful insuring our stay was all we hoped for. Really enjoyed our stay in unit 218. The unit was great - A/C in the bedroom, though we hardly needed it. Fully equipped kitchen and in-suite laundry. There was a wireless router in the room but no instructions for connecting (password etc.) but it was easy enough to find unsecured networks from other rooms to connect to. Note to families... More
