Tee's has one guestroom and it is one of the loveliest and cleanest rooms we've ever stayed in. The king bed had nice linens and was very firm and comfortable. Big walk-in closet, nice bathroom. Great place and excellent breakfast. You have the house and swimmingpool to yourself although the family of 3 lives in the same property. You need a rental car as the beach is 3 miles
