Once again the people of Guam are nice. This hotel however needs to be fumigated badly. I opened the door to my room filling the heat rush out as I went inside. The room had a strange smell I could place. I put the key card in the slot to turn on the lights and power. After that I went... More

I stayed at the Ramada for 1 week. (I got an apartment after that for long term stay). Every day for three days, I asked if I could get hot water for the shower. Every day they said that it was fixed. And every day they looked into it and found that I wasn't getting any. After the third day,... More

Run down. Poor location. First room I was checked into had a terrible odor, most likely a strong cleaning solution, I could not tolerate it from the moment I walked into the room. I asked for another room and was given one on the 2nd floor. Dirty floors, smeared in places, looked like crushed roaches... yes and there were roaches,... More

Room was clean and kept fairly well stocked. Staff was capable and very friendly and acccomodating, especially the back staff. The air conditioning was a little tricky, as if left on really cool the unit would ice up when ever the cleaning staff would prop the door open to clean the room. It would take a while to deice and... More

I was given a top floor room (3rd floor i think), the air conditioning is in a terrible place, it faces directly into the bathroom and is not efficient at cooling the rooms. I complained and they moved me to the next floor down (2nd floor i think). This was better but only because the room didn't have the sun... More

I stayed at the Ramada during both 10hr stopovers from and to Australia. The hotel offers free airport transfers. Although on arrival the hotel, it isn’t the most appealing, it is certainly satisfies every requirement for a comfortable layover. The room was quite large: on entry is a 2 seater black lounge with coffee table, facing a corner dining table... More

After flying out of Fiji and landing in Guam in the early afternoon for my 15 hour layover before my flight to Tokyo the next morning, I decided to book a room at the Ramada Tamuning for $60 USD. Shuttle tip: do not contact the Ramada worldwide website and ask if this hotel provides a shuttle, they told me they... More

The seervice that I got g=from the hotel staff is very unprofessional. I had to wait about 30 minutes to be checked in. As I was checking in not sure who she is was yelling at the staff and saying if they can do their job then she find someone else to do it for them. Shuch a very poor... More

Open the windows and you will view only city blocks. Had to wait an hour before confirmed reserved room was ready. Room cleaning is performed at night as late as 9:00pm. The extra pillows and cushion pads seem never been washed. Stick with the linen covered sheet and pillow. Food in the restaurant downstairs serve multiple breakfast menus but all... More

I usually don't write reviews- I think it's a waste of time. But I really enjoyed my stay at the Ramada in Guam. It's located on one of the side roads up the street from the Hilton. (About 5 minutes from the beach). We were scheduled to be picked up from Thrifty car rental, but they didn't show. So we... More
