I stayed a night before come back home. The staff are very nice and helpful.They upgraded to Laguna suite club upon check-in with club lounge privileges .Wonderful view. The all Hotel is very clean. A lot transportation .

we stayed for a night before heading to our next destination. the rooms are comfortable and clean. staff are very friendly. restaurant on-site has a really good breakfast buffet that will leave you full until dinner. not as close to tourist attractions as expected.

Stayed at Sheraton Guam for 4 nights for a friend's wedding. Overall the hotel was not as good as expected.
