The hotel itself could use a new paint job on the outside, Iwould have rated iy only very good had they not offered they were due to paint it next month as well as refurbish the pool and some other outside areas. But you know, you can't judge a book by it's cover. The service was outstanding, check in was... More

The staff were all very friendly. Lobby area has Wifi but in room internet has a fee. $70 for a week or $15 a day. Rooms are outdated/worn. Had a Gecko in my bathroom the first morning but never saw any other rodents in my room after that. Gecko did not bother me and I was told that they are... More

The Marriott Guam needs a major renovation. Good location, but the hotel shows a lot of wear.

Having stayed at other Marriotts in Asia, my expectations were high for the Marriott Resort and Spa in Guam. The lobby is welcoming and nicely outfitted with lounge chairs and complimentary juice - but that's about it. The modern lobby and nice staff cannot makeup for the disappointment I felt once I stepped into my room. The bed was comfortable... More

We were packed off to the Marriott following the cancellation of our late night flight. With a young child in tow and very low on sleep we apprecieated the efficient and calm manner in which the staff got us sorted and into a room as quickly as possible. They also advised that they would check the onward flight for re-scheduling... More

When the hotel we had booked for our week long business trip somehow lost our reservation, we found ourselves in Guam at 10PM without a hotel. We walked acorss the street to the Marriott and not only did they get us three days lodgeing, they found us a hotel for the other three nights. Wish we hadn't had to leave.... More

The modern lobby and extremely nice staff cannot makeup for the disappointment you feel once you step foot in the room. Furnishing are dated with old mattresses, bulky tube TV and a bathroom that screams "old". This facility is years past its' prime. With Japanese tourism being the number one source of revenue for Guam, very few were staying here.... More

The Marriott Resort and Spa Guam had some terrible reviews here on Trip Advisor. I was concerned about this before I went, but must say it was not nearly as bad as everyone has indicated. Before traveling I contacted the Hotel and expressed my concerns. They were understanding and indicated that they are in the early phase of a major... More

What a shame that this Marriott is so bad in my opinion. The whole facility needs a facelift and some updating. The staff at front desk is so-so, rooms smell like mildew and all rooms and the building itself needs updating and cleaning. The Gym needs equipment that works properly and at least kept up to standards.
