Old style place but comfortable and clean. Near downtown so you can walk about. The manager was very nice and helpful in answering your questions. Old style but very nice. Good place to visit for a few days.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights and got the package with the boat trip, the dinner and the 2 breakfasts. It was money well spent. The Margaret Todd Boat was awesome. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Aurora Inn. We had a king room which was large, clean, and had an extremely comfortable bed. It was well within walking distance of all that the town of Bar Harbor has to offer, and very convenient to Acadia National Park. We will definately be staying there again.
