Not by any means a fancy hotel, but it's perfectly acceptable. The location is terrific, you step out into central San Francisco. Convenient very local transport links. Friendly helpful staff. Would have no hesitation about using this hotel again.

Stayed one night pre-cruise at this property and would definitely consider longer stay to take in sights of San Francisco, located right at "Dragon gate" chinatown and handy to transport to take in other attractions.Rooms are clean, comfortable and staff are friendly and helpful not for those who crave luxury but well worth the price.

Older hotel but quality service and very good quality rooms for cost - real value. Great location - easy access to all main attrations and shopping. Fisherman's Wharf an easy walk and cable cars close. BART system just down the road. Choose rooms with a 1 or 7 - larger. Would highly recommend.
