Stayed here for just 2 nights but very happy with our stay. The hotel is in the financial district, and really well placed for access to the Embacadero, Ferry building etc and just 10 minutes walk to Market. This Club quarters is conveniently located in San Francisco on the Clay street which is in the Financial District. The check in is very fast. The hotel staff are also courteous. The only drawback is the size of the rooms. They are too small.The gallery to the rooms appears similar to a Jail gallary. but i liked the free water... More

I stayed 3 nights while at a conference. Convenient location; clean, comfortable room; helpful service. The fitness room was being renovated, but Haris provided me with complementary passes to a fitness club just two blocks away. I would definitely stay here again

I was booked in here for a corporate stay and the only positive thing I can say is its convenient location. It may be better value if you are a member but it was expensive. The parking was over block away & costly..they convinced us for room upgrade & very small suite. Did have nice terrace area..picked the hotel for a huge price because of vicinity to far east cafe which is our favorite. Nice bar next door. Would not pick this one again.
