The staff members are all lazy they ignore the customers and talk on the phone with their friends. If you ask them for help they look disappointed. Moreover room were as bad as the service and it is over priced! plenty of other good hostels around. The hostel also smells like urine

I wad traveling down the west coast and San Fran was the first place I stayed in. This hostel was good for it's location, you still had to walk 15 minutes or so to get to the buzz, but it was quite pricey considering!

We stayed here for 3 nights, it very clean, clean room, sheets, towls, in good location for piers and city, also close to chinatown...coffee and pancakes for breakfast included. Also provided large lockers for belongings which was perfect for our giant bags. Would definately stay again, great value for money.
