Very Good overall experience, small but comfortable and clean room, excellent staff and most of all excellent location. Very convenient next door B/L/D and cocktails restaurant "The Daily Grill". Bus stop across the street and half block from cable car (Powell And Hyde).

The Staff of this hotel is very helpful. We didn't stay there but was lost at night so went in the hotel to ask for direction. The staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel is in the central location. Would stay here next time.
