The remodelled Mandarin Oriental in San Francisco continues its excellence. The lobby and downstairs lounge/bar have been completely renovated and updated to an understated calm elegance, and this is also reflected in a renovated room suite I enjoyed during a recent business trip. The service in every department is personal, prompt, warm and professional, as always. I am hooked.
