The lobby and entrace are underwhelming, but everything is very nice. The front desk was very friendly. There is a great work-out room. The rooms are smaller than I expected, but well appointed. We were lucky enough to get a high floor with a bay view, which is really worth asking for. The beds were a little soft from use.

This place was sparkling clean with fun trendy decor. We enjoyed the ambiance especially in the lounge. I would definitely stay there again.

Very nice, very comfortable hotel in down-town San Francisco, close to the Emabarcadero and Market street. The rooms are superb. It has a nice gym, and the restaurant served good breakfasts. There was no free wifi however, anywhere in the hotel
