Stayed a couple of nights, great room on 23rd floor with amazing views over the bay. Breakfast was excellent, buzzy bar at happy hour! Very friendly and helpful staff. Conveniently situated and we walked most places.

I am a Marriott guy who sometimes stays at SPG properties. A few times per year. Mostly St Regis and Ws. Stayed here for one night with my wife. Got upgraded to a very nice Jr. Suite. Le meridian is a Starwood Hotel, so you can expect the same luxury as the likes of Westin and cousins. We stayed here 2 nights while in SF and thoroughly enjoyed it. Had a room with a great Bay view, great service and a short walk to Ferry Building, Chinatown and North Beach. Room was clean and well appointed. Only complaint is lack of vending machines for something to drink late at night (just ice machine). Got a great deal on Priceline.

We loved this hotel! Our room was large and comfy and the bed was amazing!! The views from our room were stunning and the decor was super cool. Good proximity to some really great spots. We really enjoyed the lounge. Funky and always busy. We would for sure stay here on our next visit!

Great hotel, very funky. The area is safe to walk around, and China town is only a few blocks away. The rooms were very nice and clean. Bathroom was spacious and nice fluffy towels! I would definitely stay here again!

Le Meridien is located in the heart of San Francisco's financial district. The location is excellent if you are doing business in the area. Preface this review with the fact that the hotel was under construction during our stay. Entrance was difficult to find, no grand lobby that you would expect. Rooms small as expected in San Francisco. Having lived in SF for 10 years, I know this is a Central location, albeit a business hotel. Walking distance to Embarcadero Center and nice restaurants.... Stayed here on business when i couldnt get in to the Westin - Market or on Union Sq. location is frustrating as it is more a business district. embarcadero is a few blocks away but thats it for a short walk. rooms - i was upgraded and the junior suite was nice.
